You might remember that back in 2024, I painted my largest mural yet at the Evermore Orlando. It was 12,000 square feet and completely massive!
I was so proud of this project, not just for the way it came out but also for the fact that I was able to coordinate all of the logistics to make it happen. It definitely took a lot! In case you missed it, you can read more about that project here.

Today, though, I’m excited to share about my latest project at the Evermore! I was so grateful to be invited back to paint two more murals there this year. It’s always a HUGE compliment when a client asks me to come back!

While the first project we did for the Evermore was gigantic, this time was a bit more chill because the space wasn’t nearly as large.
This year, we painted the brand new pool house. The pool house was built in a month, so I literally had about a month to prep!
And as always, Landon traveled with me to help paint. I’m so grateful I was able to retire him from his corporate job and have him work with me full-time. Working with your spouse can be SO rewarding, but it’s definitely not without its challenges! I wrote about how we make it work in this blog post last year.
We used Florida Paints again for this project because they were so great to work with the first time around. Florida Paints, like most paint, doesn’t like to be cold. So we had some challenges during this project when a cold front hit Orlando! I was expecting 80 degrees and sun each day, but that didn’t wind up being the case exactly.
The paint can’t be used when the temperature goes below 50 degrees, which meant that we weren’t able to paint as long of days as we normally would have liked. Once the sun would drop, we’d have to wrap it up for the day.
The concept for the design of these two new murals was inspired a bit by the first mural, which features the local birds of the area. For the outdoor space at the pool house, I incorporated pelicans for more of a by-the-water vibe. The second mural we did in this space was inside, and for that one, I went with an abstract sailboat motif.

All in all, this project took us about two weeks (compared to a month for the first Evermore mural), and I absolutely love how it all turned out! All three murals are so colorful and vibrant, and they bring so much life to the resort.
If you’re looking for a mural artist for your space, whether it’s a resort, business, apartment complex, or something else, I’d love to hear from you! I’m based in Texas and work with clients in the Dallas area and beyond (I’m always down to travel!), and I love bringing new visions to life.
Reach out to me, and let’s talk about your project!
